Coordinator Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Hotel-Food Service Management Richard Hendrix, an expert in the area of Hospitality, earned a B.S. from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Education from Xavier University, and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. He is a member of many professional organizations, including local, state, and national chapters of the Restaurant Association and Hotel Association. He is a past president of the Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Association and the Ohio Council of Hotel, Restaurant Institute Educators Association. In addition, Mr. Hendrix is a member of the Cooperative Education and Internship Association, Midwest Cooperative Education and Internship Association, and the Ohio Cooperative Education Association, The International Council of Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Educators Association and the Ohio Council of Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Educators. Mr. Hendrix has been employed at Cincinnati State since 1972 as an instructor and coordinator of Hospitality Management. |
