Program Coordinator for University of Cincinnati's  Bachelors of Culinary Science


Meg currently is an instructor within the chef technologies department.  She currently teaches Basic Cooking I and Theory of Cooking.  As the program coordinator for the UC College of Applied Science Bachelors of Culinary Arts and Science she advises students interested in 4 a four year degree program.  The current program approved by the Research Chefs Association (RCA) is one of only three within the country.
