| Meg Galvin CEC Adjunct Culinary Instructor Program Coordinator for University of Cincinnati's Bachelors of Culinary Science Meg currently is an instructor within the chef technologies department. She currently teaches Basic Cooking I and Theory of Cooking. As the program coordinator for the UC College of Applied Science Bachelors of Culinary Arts and Science she advises students interested in 4 a four year degree program. The current program approved by the Research Chefs Association (RCA) is one of only three within the country.
