I earned my B.B.A. & M.B.A from Thomas More College and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the Capella University in Higher Education Administration and Professional Training/Consulting.   At Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, I am a Cooperative Education Coordinator and Instructor.

Off campus,  I am active board member for the Midwest Cooperative Education and Internship Association (MCEIA), serving as the Membership Director 2003-2005 and a member of the board of the Ohio Cooperative Education Association (OCEA) as President Elect 2004-2005 and Conference Chairperson 2005.
