Since 1999 I have been the chair of the Automotive Service
Management program.
I have been a certified
ASE "Master Technician"
since 1972. I worked for seven years as an automotive technician before
accepting an automotive teaching position at James D. Patton Vocation School
in 1978. Starting at Cincinnati Technical College as an industry trainer in
1985, I trained technicians for General Motors and BP ProCare. In 1995 I
accepted the position of instructor for the Automotive Service Management (ASM)
program.
