I have 22 years experience in the Hospitality Field as a Restaurant Manager, Director of Training, Managing Partner and Director of Human Resources. In January I joined the team at The Midwest Culinary Institute as CO-OP coordinator. I look forward to using my experience and relationships to enhance the learning and CO-OP experience for our students.
