With twenty years foodservice experience, Chef Sheldon joined the faculty at Cincinnati State in 1992.  A 1988 graduate of Cincinnati Technical College (now Cincinnati State), Chef Sheldon also holds a B.S. in Education from Miami University and a M.Ed. form the University of Cincinnati.  He has cooked locally at the Vernon Manor Hotel and the Iron Horse Inn.
