A graduate from the culinary program in 2003, currently, I began my career as a the first Pastry Operations Manager at the new Midwest Culinary Institute. This was a position that was created to support the new Pastry Arts degree program and manage the retail outlet, known as Bakery Hill. Currently, as program developer, instructor and advisor, I continually strive to increase the visibility of the personal chef by adding new dimensions to the profession through health awareness and diet consciousness. |
