Carol L. Morman, P.E., P.S. Civil Engineering Technologies Instructor Center for Innovative Technologies at Cincinnati State I am a full-time civil engineering technology and land surveying instructor for Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. I am a graduate of Cincinnati State’s Civil Engineering Technology – Surveying program, a graduate of Purdue University’s dual degree program in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying, and have graduated with a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering – Geomatics (Land Surveying) from California State University – Fresno. I am licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana and Ohio and as a Professional Engineer in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. While in industry I worked for Viox and Viox, PSC in Erlanger, Kentucky; David E. Estes Land Surveying and Civil Engineering in Florence, Kentucky; and Bayer Becker Engineers in Covington, Kentucky, Fairfield, Ohio and Lawrenceburg, Indiana. I currently own and operate CLM Surveying and Engineering in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and do engineering consulting for local surveyors. In addition to academics and industry, I am an active member of ISPLS and ASCE. I served as member, secretary, vice chairman and chairman of the Dearborn County Plan Commission from 1994 to 2003 was 2004 Vice President and 2005 President of the Greenville Treaty Chapter of ISPLS and am currently serving as the 2006 President. I am also the faculty advisor to the Cincinnati State ASCE Student Club.
